Ajo Blanco Sauce (almond garlic) 

Ingredients:
1 cup ground almonds or 3/4 cup blanched almonds
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 large garlic clove
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup iced water salt to taste

Serves 2 (with extra sauce)

Thumb sized piece ginger

2 tbsp fish sauce 
2 sticks lemongrass
Zest and juice of two limes
1 tsp miso 
Large bunch coriander 
1 can coconut milk

Veg:
1 large or 2 small courgette
